We – that’s Dean and Dan – had seen property from every angle, as buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants and agents, through many years of working for both independent estate agencies and corporates. We came to the inescapable conclusion that we could improve on almost everything, and founded Sargeants to do just that.

Technology has levelled the playing field – size is no longer a barrier to reach – but it’s the back-up of local knowledge, well informed people, and sheer determination that makes the difference. Dean Sargeant

Partner

Dean is one of the founding partners in the business and works predominantly from our Ealing office. He has a ridiculously optimistic outlook and a relentless desire to succeed. He drives the sales team, who continually strive for excellence. His extensive knowledge of the Ealing property market and 20 years in the business enables him to consistently generate the best outcomes for our clients.

Dan Kempson

Partner

Dan makes up one of the two founding partners. Working in both sales and lettings, Dan has a wealth of knowledge and experience in property and is always on hand to make sure things are running smoothly in our Hanwell office.

Sally Baldwin

Branch Manager Hanwell

Over at our Hanwell branch, you’ll find Sally working hard to ensure the office is running smoothly. Sally has a real passion for making sure her clients are satisfied with our work and her hunger for the business is inspiring.

Hayley Knowles

Hayley works as our senior sales consultant who finds excitement in finding buyers their dream home and thrives in a busy environment. She’s customer focused and goes the extra mile for each and every client she works with. Not only that, her passion for interior design means she’s able to pick out particular selling points to make sure our clients properties are being showcased in the best light.

Soraya Rouaz

Soraya is a great addition to our sales team, providing excellent customer service and making sure her clients are always in the loop and involved in the buying process. She has a real hunger for property and is a great asset to the sales team.

Gary Lowden

Lettings Manager

Overlooking the lettings team is Gary, our Lettings Manager. With a great deal of experience working in this industry for many years, Gary is always on hand to make sure that our team are as knowledgeable and experienced as possible.

Raul Neves

Lettings Consultant

Raul works within our lettings department, matching properties to applicants, all while consistently delivering excellent customer service. He is always on hand to make sure his clients are fully updated and in contact 24/7 and he’s a joy to have in the office while bringing a warmth and energy that is sure to brighten up your day.

Amanda Byrne

Lettings Coordinator

Working in our lettings renewals department, Amanda works efficiently to keep the cogs turning in our lettings team and is a breath of fresh air to work with in the office.

Louise Conway

Branch Coordinator

Having come from a long line of property professionals, estate agency is in Louise’s blood. With a keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic, she has experience in sales, lettings and plays a vital role to improve our customer journey through successful onboarding up to launch. She’ll then seamlessly handover to the sales team and provide them with the tools they require to deliver an outstanding service.

Overlooking our property management team is Andrea, who has plenty of knowledge and experience working in this department. Andrea is thorough in her work and always on hand to make sure tenants are fully satisfied within their tenancy.
